Tom heard me out, sketched out some options, and put together a plan to make it all a reality. We had a few changes and asks along the way, and Tom was able to adjust the plan to meet our needs. He was clear and up front about pricing, timing, and any potentially hiccups we could run into. He communicates well, is available by phone when needed, and follows through. I have high standards... read more for quality and detail of work. Tom and his team met and exceeded those standards. Tom is great to work with, knows his craft, is not pushy in his sales interactions, and has a great team to implement the job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for siding and roofing. His prices where a little less than the "gold" standard guys in the Raleigh area but I believe his quality was as good or better than theirs. After completing my job, I had him do a major job for my mother's house and they did a great job there as well. My only hesitation is that sometimes he can be a bit slow in getting the guys started since he is in high demand. But he is willing and able to do what it takes to get the job done right.

We have contracted with Excel Further Construction on multiple occasions. They built 2 additions for us, including a sunroom, large 2-car garage, and additional living space. They... read more also enlarged our deck and added a roof off the back of our house, over the deck. Their work is top-notch. Tom, the owner, is very friendly and highly professional. On each occasion, they completed their work on time and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Excel Further Construction for any home construction projects.
