Company History

Tom Keenan

Owner/General Manager



Tom Keenan first started his journey as a home builder in New York. He worked for his uncle in his early teens and all through his twenties learning and perfecting the building process. In his thirties Tom launched his first home building business called Andrea Homes with his father in law.

After the partnership with Andrea Homes was dissolved in 2009, Excel Custom Homes and Renovations was launched. Through Excel Custom Homes and Renovations Tom has built many more beautiful homes, including his own. Today, Tom is continuously working to build for the increasingly growing custom home market.
